Introduction

  Single chip digital transmission radio of low power consumption is a receiving and sending system on a single chip. Its sending power is about 10mW0.5W with narrowband transmission speed (bandwidth 25k)of min 600bps and max 9.6Kbps and broadband transmission speed of hundreds of Kbps with 50k1M bandwidth. Single chip digital transmission radio of low power is mainly used as hand equipments powered by batteries with less than 500 meters of transmission distance and no strict reliability.
  The advantages of the radio are low cost, low power consumption, little volume. It is applied in wireless meter reading, medical treatments and wireless LAN as commercial products. The developing trend of single chip digital transmission radio of low power is lower cost, lower power consumption and higher speed, improving radio frequency from 400M-800M to 2.4G even 5G.
  Model TCB-450 of high speed digitalized transmission radio is a full digitalized communication terminal equipments (Digitalized Radio) integrated by ultra short wave radio and wireless intelligence MODEM, which is developed by Tianjing Communication and Broadcasting Group Limited Company. The product adopts digital signal processing (DSP) and advanced digital communication technique mostly realized by software.
  Its hardware is composed of high-speed ADSP21XX sub system, communication controlling MCU sub system, and data memory controller and input output circuit. The product is automatically produced by multilayer board and SMT. Wireless intelligence MODEM of TCB-450 of high speed digitalized transmission radio is realized by advanced technique of DSP software. For example:
  1. Highspeed (19200/14400/9600/7200/4800bps) data transmission is realized in 25KHz bandwidth by waveform processing, bandwidth compressing and modulation signal generating.
  2. Signal testing and synchronization.
  3. Self-adaptive balancing technique can eliminate waveform distortion and mixing caused by multi channels and (relay) cluster delay to obtain better receiving performance.
  4. Anti strong outburst interfere of forward error correction (FEC) of GF (28) Reed-Solomon and ARQ-CRC technique are adopted to guarantee 100% correct receiving of data. The efficiency of error correction coding can reach 80%.
TCB-450 transmits the data from peripheral equipments (PC, data collection equipments) to remote stations by packets. The length of packet is random from 1 to 2048 Bytes.
It has full transparent, polling and CSMA-CD multi communication protocols and point to point, point to multi points, broadcasting and cluster communication modes. TCB-450 connects to peripheral equipments transparently by standard EIA RS-232C and provides the TCB-450 parameter setups, error codes testing and transmission testing software in WIN9x/2000 to users.
