Special-puepose power source |
With a power source research and development team, all power source products are developed independently. This gives a powerful guarantee for products’ performance. We can develop all kinds of power source used in the communication system and experiment board.
Essential parameter:
1. Input voltage scope
2. How many outputs needed and the voltage and load current for each one (convenient for shaping, the current needs to be marked as practical work electric current)
3. Isolation between each output (describe in written form whether each output needs common-ground )
4. Package expected(such as module or open board)

We design the special-purpose test JIG at the beginning of each product development, including test of RF, audio, digital signal and analog signals. With the exquisite and practical structure, makes the large scale production to be more convenient and highly effective. We have the whole set of imported advanced test equipment, with the characteristics of advanced technology, complete function and widely suitability. Can carry out high temperature, low temperature, temperature impact, hot and damp, vibration, impact(collision), mold and salt mist etc, any kind of environment test, all conform to the standard GB2423, GJB150, GJB367A and GJB899.

We have the complete equipment of the mechanical manufacture. In recent years along with the high-tech product development, we introduced nearly 20 sets of various kinds of special purpose equipment of plate working processing from overseas: The Italian RAMBAUDI Corporation's 450 numerical controls milling machine, Japanese CITIZEN Corporation L20/B12 numerical control lathe, Japanese AMADA Corporation's VIPRDS-305072/ARIJES-225 hydraulic pressure and the machinery numerical control turret punch press, the RG-80/RG-100 numerical control plate bending rolls, the M2545 numerical control scissors and 380 numerical controls compression casting machine. We have the ability to produce various specification cabinet and the precision part.
