Locomotive Integrated Radio Equipment

In the end of 2003, the Ministry of Railway regarded GSM-R as railway integrated communication standard. As a member of the group who drafted the ¡¶Technical specification for  Locomotive  Integrated Radio Communication Equipment ¡·,Tianjin 712 Communication & broadcasting Co., Ltd finished its work in 2004.Our company has been beginning to research and develop Locomotive Integrated Radio Equipment for GSM-R at the beginning of 2004 and in April 2004, we took part in the test in Huawei Laboratory for the railroad from Datong to Qinghuangdao. The Ministry of Railway convened relative departments and companies in Guangzhou for Qingzang railroad in April 2007 and decided the test plan which is divided into three phases. The first phase would be held in Beidian Guangzhou Lab from 18 Jun 2004 to 3 Jul 2004;the second phase was static test in XiNing GSM-R mobile exchange lab from 20 Aug 2004 to 10 Sep 2004 and the dynamic test on test line from Germu to Budongquan from 25 Sep 2004 to 20 Nov 2004; the third phase was GPRS test in Xining GSM-R exchange lab and the test line from Germu to Budongquan .Our company took part in the ¡°Locomotive  integrated Ratio Equipment¡± spot test organized by the Ministry of Railway in Zhengzhou railway Bureau Beijing to Guangzhou section and installed 3 CIR sets. In April 2005,we took part in the Locomotive  Integrated Ratio Equipment static test in Zhengzhou Railway Bureau organized by the Ministry of Railway.  And our company took part in the Locomotive Integrated Ratio Equipment Locomotive-carried test in Zhengzhou railway Bureau from Beijing to Guangzhou section and got a good effect(see Zhengzhou railway Bureau user report )from 18 May 2005 to 30 Jun 2005.In 5 Jul 2005,our equipment passed the Locomotive  Integrated Ratio Equipment technical authentication. We took part in the bid for 200 kilometers per hour Locomotive  Integrated Ratio Equipment and got a contract of 40 sets of Guangzhou Bureau in July 2005.We signed the contract in August 2005 and began to supply from October 2005.
DMIS Wireless Transmission System of Scheduling Commands
Railway Bureau & Railway Sub-Bureau DMIS technical authentication meeting was held in Nanjing from 30 October to 1 November. As an important part of DMIS, Wirelss Train Message Revises system also passed the technical authentication. We have produced about 8000 sets of Train Message Encoder ,700 sets of Train Message Decoder and 500 sets of affiliated train message tests since the Beijing-Shanghai line contract signature in 19 Nov 2000. And the equipments have been running in the whole Beijing-Shanghai line, whole Beijing-Guangzhou line, whole Nanning-kunming, Longhai line and the north segment of Beijing-Jiulong line. We own above 60 percent of the market which spread in Beijing Railway Buraeu ,zhengzhou Railway Buraeu,Xi¡¯an Railway Buraeu,Wuhan Railway Buraeu,Liuzhou Railway Buraeu,Kunming Railway Buraeu,Chengdu Railway Buraeu,Shanghai Railway Buraeu,Lanzhou Railway Buraeu,Jinan Railway Buraeu,Guangzhou Railway Buraeu and taiyuan Railway Buraeu.   

The Universal Train Set

From the fifth railway speedup in 18 April 2004,our company is one of the earliest companies who passed the authentication of Railway Ministry and our universal train set was went into use in Shanghai Railway Bureau,   Xian Railway Bureau, Urumchi Railway Bureau,Beijing Railway Bureau,Guangzhou Railway Group,Huhehaote Railway Bureau,Lanzhou Railway Bureau,Taiyuan Railway Bureau,Jinan Railway Bureau,Zhengzhou Railway Bureau,Chengdu Railway Bureau,Harbin Railway Bureau,Shenyang Railway Bureau,etc. Until now we sold about 1400 sets of universal train set and made a big contribution for the automatic extended routing frequency change.

 

Chongqing light-rail Jiaoxin line wireless system

Chongqing light-rail Jiaoxin line is the city¡¯s important infrastructure project and the successful completion of the project brings tremendous contribution for Chongqing¡¯s traffic and boosts the Chongqing economic and social development.
According to the situation that there are a lot of mountain road and high buildings in Chongqing and the rail is monorail, 712 Co., Ltd provided a new railway wireless communication system. 
    The system adopts professional communication (PMR) net frame in which the base station and dispatch are the main sets and the optical repeater is used to accomplish long-distance cover, see figure1-1.As Chongqing light-rail is the first monorail transit, under the fully landform and Cab installation analysis the project team decided to adopt optical repeater to accomplish the wireless cover.
To avoid the multi-path disturbance and increase the reliability of wireless communication, the project team established an error prevention and correction software protocol to ensure the system communication and the rail transmit security. .
The system also provides two-level malfunction infirmness and many kinds of redundancy methods to ensure the normal running of the rail transmit at the outside.
     The distance covers14.35 kilometers and there are 14 stations and 1 control center in the first phase of Chongqing light-rail Jiaoxin line .The wireless system includes train dispatching communication sub-system, maintain/disaster-preventing dispatching sub-system, station dispatching sub-system and vehicle segment sub-system, and the first one whose function includes single call, group call, broadcast call, emergency call, team call and line call is used for communication in normal traffic.
     
In order to ensure better communication, the system also adds a net administer for centralized management of each dispatching station, at the same time the net administer can implement the real-time monitor and management of the on-line train, station transmitter-receiver ,base station and repeater.
The system provides long-distance debug through which the system can adjust output power, receiver limit, signal gain and date transfer rate according to the situation. It decreased the difficulty of the system first-run and makes the system maintenance easily.
      The total cost of the Chongqing light-rail wireless system is less than one fourth of the PMR , however, the function of the Chongqing light-rail wireless system completely satisfied the light-rail requirement. Because of the self development 712 Co., Ltd own the intellectual property right, thus, 712 Co., Ltd could improve the system according to the user¡¯s need at any moment.
       This system gets a good remark from the user at once after the system runs. Again, 712 Co., Ltd shows their advantage in professional field.
